I find it really sad to see such an unusual yarn become discontinued. Kidlin, from Louet, is a lightweight yarn with two strands: one is linen, and the other is a mohair/nylon blend. The yarns take up the dyes differently. The color is a medium, rich purple, a little lighter and brighter than the photos show (I tried! Sometimes you have to resort to words). Very nice for lace. Made in Belgium.
